General Policy

Any item that is defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship must be returned to the manufacturer. Items must be in new condition in the original box and must include the packaging, warranty card, manual and accessories. All merchandise returned must have an RA number or the package will be refused. Please write the RA number clearly on the package near the address label. Please include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization form with the package. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns other than a defective item must be in re sellable unused condition with original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply

Exchanges and Store Credit
